A couple of years ago, I got introduced to the wholesaling strategy. I invested in the mentorship and did everything the mentors mentioned would help me become successful, only it didn’t work.
Most days, I felt like I was spamming homeowners that didn’t want to sell their properties: skip-tracing and buying seller leads, cold-calling owners, and putting bandit signs up all so that I could just get deals done.
